How do I place an order?

Shopping on bCODE is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

    • Click on 'Add To Cart' to add this product to your cart
    • Click on 'My Cart' or 'Check Out'.
    • Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your email and password
    • Enter your shipping address information and select shipping method.
    • Make payment
    • Click on 'Complete Order'.

Once your order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

We'll send you an email once your order has been confirmed.

Why am I having trouble placing orders in the cart?

If you are having trouble placing products in your cart, please make sure that you have made all the relevant size and color selections. Delivery

How long does it take to receive my product?

Delivery timelines vary between 5 - 7 working days depending on your city and your selected product.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

You can request for your order to be delivered to a different address within the same region or city before your order is shipped. Please call our Customer Service Team on 08171099452 or contact us at customerservice@shopthebcode.com

If you want to change the shipping address to a different region or city, we will have to cancel and repurchase your original order.

I found the package open and the seal is broken on delivery. What should I do?

Kindly confirm that all product(s) are in good condition. If not in good condition please call our Customer Service Team on 08171099452 or contact us at customerservice@shopthebcode.com.

I missed my delivery. What happens now?

We will attempt to deliver your order again the next working day. We will try to deliver a total of 3 times before canceling your order.

What are delivery charges?

Delivery charges are the costs undertaken by our logistics partners to bring your ordered item(s) to your doorstep. These charges are displayed during the checkout process

Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?

Yes, this option can be chosen at the checkout step. You will be notified when the items arrive at your preferred pickup location.

I ordered multiple items but I have received only one item so far. What's going on?

Items sourced from different locations are shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfilment of your order. Be rest assured that you will get all your items within 5-10 working days

 

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

If you’ve had it less than 7 days…

You can return an item. If the item is faulty, you’ll get the choice of replacement or refund. Kindly initiate return

You just need these 4 things:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • The item should be unused and tags should not be cut
  • The item should be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
  • Any free items that came with your product should be unused and in a re-sellable condition
Can I request to return my item if I bought it in-store?

No, you can only request a return for items bought online.

Can I return my item at your store close to me if I bought it online?

Yes, products bought online can be returned at any of our stores nearest to you if you’ve had it less than 7 days…

Once I initiate a return, what happens next?

If the package was delivered to you and you requested for a pick-up, our agent will call you to schedule a retrieval. There will be 2 attempts made to retrieve the item(s).

If you chose to drop-off at one of our store locations, please take the items you wish to return to our store near you.

I have requested for returns pick-up from my home, how long will it take?

Once we receive your request, we will make two attempts to retrieve the item(s).

What happens if I miss both attempts to retrieve my return?

Your return request will be canceled and you will no longer be able to return that item.

Can I return an item after 7 days?

You will not be able to return an item after 7 days.

I initiated a return and requested for pick-up at my home, but no one came and it has been a while, what should I do?

Once retrieval of my package is done, how long with it take to be refunded?

It would take 10 - 15 working days.

My return has been collected for a while but still no news, what should I do?

We apologize for this. Please send a mail to customerservice@shopthebcode.com.

The BCode tells me they have done a bank transfer but I have not received the money, what should I do?

Upon confirmation of the transfer,it takes 2-5 days for the money to reflect in your account. Please contact us at customerservice@shopthebcode.com if you still haven’t received your refund after this time.

How do I track my return status?

We will keep you updated by email about the status of your return.

Do I have to return all products in my order?

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return your choice of selected items.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes, any free gift must also be returned.

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

No, you do not pay shipping charges for returns. You can also return the product at any of our stores near you.

Can I exchange an item rather than get a refund

Currently we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request following the return process. After that, you can re-order the style you want.

 

Sales Campaigns

When can I start shopping?

Special event prices become active at the time mentioned with the campaigns details.

Can I buy as many items as I want during special events or promotions?

Usually, there's no restriction on the quantity of an item you can buy but during special events and promotions, we might put a restriction on some in-demand items so that everybody gets a chance to enjoy our amazing deals.

If I place items in my cart during promotions or special events but pay for it day(s) later, does the discounted price still apply?.

The discounted price will apply only as long as stocks last during the duration of such promotions. Once the promotion dates have elapsed, the promotional prices become inactive.
