Shopping on bCODE is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
- Click on 'Add To Cart' to add this product to your cart
- Click on 'My Cart' or 'Check Out'.
- Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your email and password
- Enter your shipping address information and select shipping method.
- Make payment
- Click on 'Complete Order'.
Once your order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent.

Delivery
Delivery timelines vary between 5 - 7 working days depending on your city and your selected product.

If you want to change the shipping address to a different region or city, we will have to cancel and repurchase your original order.

We will attempt to deliver your order again the next working day. We will try to deliver a total of 3 times before canceling your order.
Delivery charges are the costs undertaken by our logistics partners to bring your ordered item(s) to your doorstep. These charges are displayed during the checkout process

Returns & Refunds

You can return an item. If the item is faulty, you’ll get the choice of replacement or refund. Kindly initiate return

- The item should be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
- Any free items that came with your product should be unused and in a re-sellable condition

If the package was delivered to you and you requested for a pick-up, our agent will call you to schedule a retrieval. There will be 2 attempts made to retrieve the item(s).
If you chose to drop-off at one of our store locations, please take the items you wish to return to our store near you.
Once we receive your request, we will make two attempts to retrieve the item(s).
Your return request will be canceled and you will no longer be able to return that item.
You will not be able to return an item after 7 days.

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return your choice of selected items.
Yes, any free gift must also be returned.
No, you do not pay shipping charges for returns. You can also return the product at any of our stores near you.
Currently we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request following the return process. After that, you can re-order the style you want.
Sales Campaigns
Special event prices become active at the time mentioned with the campaigns details.
Usually, there's no restriction on the quantity of an item you can buy but during special events and promotions, we might put a restriction on some in-demand items so that everybody gets a chance to enjoy our amazing deals.
The discounted price will apply only as long as stocks last during the duration of such promotions. Once the promotion dates have elapsed, the promotional prices become inactive.
